[Goodies-dev] cream for VIM

consider cream for VIM as a panel goody - it's possible to launch
cream/VIM separately from vanilla VIM so some may want either/both -
launcher I guess - but I wonder about the exo-open issues &c. - the
default panel editor widget does its own intel, how to make cream work
with it &c.

(cream makes VIM extremely user friendly & Notepad-like without loss of
power, would be nice default xfce editor)
