hostap-driver-dev build problem on a machine

The real issue here is just the tail -1 problem.  I sent an email to this mailing list no more than two hours ago stateing this (subject: "few issues noted.".  if you are in a pinch and want to compile, add this to the top of your BUILD file "sedit 's/tail -1/tail -n 1/g' Makefile &&"
