[Xfce-i18n] Catalan updates

Hi;

I've updated the xfce4-panel catalan translation:
  'foo' -> «foo»
  "foo" -> «foo»
  l· -> ŀ
  ... -> …
  typo in --help output

Also, some unstraslated and fuzzy strings of:
* thunar-archive-plugin
* thunar-media-tags-plugin
* verve-plugin
